There are three places in life we wouldn’t ordinarily want to visit. Nevertheless, these places hold immense lessons about life and existence. They are the hospital, prison, and cemetery.
The Hospital
The hospital is the home for medical professionals and their patients. Here medical professionals work day and night tirelessly to restore the health and well-being of their patients. In the hospital, we are reminded of the critical importance of taking good care of our bodies and minds. We are reminded that good health and wellness are foundational to having and living a fulfilling life. As the saying goes health is wealth. To me, a hospital is a place of restoration and revival because, from stories I was told by my parents, I had been taken to the hospital on several occasions in anticipation of being pronounced dead, but here I am alive today to the glory of God.
