One of life’s every day skills and annoyances is the four-way stop.
The Four-Way Stop is an exercise in the math you thought you would never need. Vectors and velocities, turn radii, and tomes filled with traffic regulations that pretend to impose order on a chaotic world.
Most people are willing to follow the rules without thinking too much about them.
But sometimes things go wrong.
Don’t forget about the daily changes someone may go through in their private life. Not everyone always has a good day. And no one really has the ability to cancel a day’s worth of running around to stay home and be pouty so we all have a serious non zero chance of running into people with short term issues.
There are the “long term issues” people, too. There is just no planning for them since they are rare and random, but you should pay attention to their existence.
