Our secret to success is being flexible about your methods, but stubborn about your goals. While you were making plans for a last-minute weekend getaway, we caught up with the latest news in flexible living.

Destination Wedding: Underwater?

Have you always wanted to get hitched somewhere exotic? Maybe in a rainforest, on the top of a cliff, or on the beach. Well, now you can take an even bigger plunge (pun intended), and say “I do” 40 feet under the sea. The Hotel Metropole in Monte-Carlo recently launched the “underwater wedding package” to give flexible lovebirds a unique way to exchange their vows.

Surprisingly the whole affair isn’t too expensive, ranging from $4,500 to $7,300 and also includes an extravagant boat reception. Sounds like the perfect party to launch a new adventure.

That’s right. You weren’t dreaming when you read that number. The Rockefeller Group just secured a $70 million loan for its newest venture: a flexible-stay community in Florham Park, NJ. The massive 450,000 square foot property will feature 256 furnished and unfurnished accommodations, various outdoor activities, like firepits, a lap pool, and movie screen, and additional indoor amenities, including a yoga center, spa, and café. The development of AVE Florham Park illustrates the need to accommodate flexible lifestyles.

Live Like a Seahorse in a Floating Home

Most homes and apartments advertise their amazing skyline views, well now you can experience incredible scenes from your bedroom. In Dubai, you can purchase your very first Floating Seahorse Home and wake up to underwater views of a 2 million square-foot coral reef in the Persian Gulf. Each home is three stories, so don’t worry if you can resurface every now and again if you get tired of the dark depths. Check out this video for insider scoop on underwater living.

We’d flip our lease to live in an underwater seahorse home.
