Rebekah Snyder Drops Her New Single “These Jeans”
Old-school style is the new cool.
Alt-country singer-songwriter Rebekah Snyder unveils her latest single, “These Jeans.” Recorded in Nashville, the track is the first song written for her forthcoming album — a project reflecting resilience, lived experience, and motherhood.
Born and raised in rural Pennsylvania, Rebekah Snyder is a music artist and certified flight instructor. Her music is grounded in truth, tradition, and personal strength. A single mom of three and a survivor of domestic violence, Snyder writes songs for the overlooked and underestimated. Her stripped-down sound manifests her Appalachian roots and echoes the voices of her ancestors, especially the veterans and strong women in her family.
The genesis of “These Jeans” occurred when Snyder went out one evening without her children. While dining at Nobu Malibu, she was dressed in a pair of vintage jeans she’d purchased before becoming a mother. A young woman approached Snyder, complimenting her jeans and asking where she had gotten them.
