Comics don’t have to contain tons of panels to be awesome. Our theme this week was a challenge to write a story using only two panels. Read them all…them read them again. After all, they only have two panels each.

Kieran Teare-Thomas is an independent artist and writer from Boston, Massachusetts. As a queer non-binary artist, much of Kieran’s work is centered around positive LGBTQ+ representation. In creating work celebrating trans and queer people, Kieran hopes to tell the kinds of stories that ee needed when ee was growing up.

Josh S. is an up-and-coming comic penciller and writer with his own comic project on the way. Check out his work at https://twitter.com/Joshuavany

Kevin D. Lintz is a comic book letterer, writer, and editor. He learned his skills in a Comics Experience class and honed them on the mean streets of his all-ages comic book, Team SLUG. He startles his family by making sound effect noises out loud to try and translate them into written words. He has even watched “Helvetica”, the full-length feature movie about the font Helvetica.

Christian De Matteo is a writer and college professor, founder of Tellworthy.com and co-founder of FugitivePoems.com with artist-extraordinaire James Lines. He loves all forms of art and entertainment, enjoys long walks on the beach and other less sandy locations, and is fatally allergic to fluffy cats (in case you wanted to get rid of him). He can be found pontificating/dad-joking on Twitter: @CDMetc and @FugitivePoems. He cannot draw. Like at all.

Rob Toal studied cartooning, illustration, and fine art painting at the School of Visual Arts in NYC where he lives with his wife and daughter. You can see more of his work at https://robtoal.myportfolio.com/ or follow him on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/robtoal

Azeem Lyons is a writer from Baltimore, MD. He enjoys trading cards, video games, and discovering which cryptids are out there. Find his work at https://twitter.com/azeemlyons
