This ‘Weird’ Behavior Means Your Third Eye Just Opened
Seven strange signs I noticed as my inner sight began to wake
There was a season of my life when my dreams grew so vivid that I would wake up unsure which world was real. Faces, symbols and places I had never visited followed me into the morning, as sharp as memories.
I told no one, because I did not know how to say it without sounding strange. Then other things began.
A warm, humming pressure between my eyebrows during quiet moments. A sudden knowing about a person or a place before anything had happened.
I started to wonder whether this had a name, and that wonder led me to one of the oldest symbols humanity has ever carried: the third eye.
Across cultures, it appears again and again. In Hinduism it is the Ajna chakra, the sixth energy centre, resting between the brows.
Buddhism treats it as a gateway to higher wisdom, and ancient Egypt left us the Eye of Horus. It is not a literal eye but a spiritual sensor, a way of perceiving what the physical senses miss.
When it stirs, people describe it very differently. Some say it feels like a superpower waking up, and others say it feels like madness.
