Lockbox Launch — New Address for Mailed Payments
At the beginning of May, LCB General Accounting launched the long-awaited lockbox project by testing two types of licensing payments so we could create a workflow similar to the cash log process. The payments started trickling in and during May we received 52 payments for added endorsements, MAST permits, and Cannabis transactions.
In June, we expanded lockbox to allow all payment types. We continue to work with US Bank, and LCB Licensing and Finance employees to resolve issues and improve the workflow. In June we processed 371 payments.

We are continuing this process improvement and transitioned lockbox to a new LCB cashier. We are awaiting implementation of some additional features from US Bank that should help save time creating the log each day.
