Pros from Real Users Pros User interface is very easy to use even without training. Speaking of the sales module, it is very powerful in tracking all opportunities, including keeping track of your customer database. Allows sales managers to see their sales teams sales funnel, track bid dates, and closing dates, along with wins and losses (helps you keep track of your own market). On the estimate side of the bid tracer module, Bidtracer does an amazing job keeping your companies parts list up to date with pricing. BidTracer also can form the estimate module to meet your companies needs pretty easily. One of the biggest factors is the support you get from Bidtracer, they quickly respond and quickly resolve. I like the scalability of the tool and features. The biggest perk is the support and responsiveness. Most of the questions I have a response/answer within 24 to 36 hours. We are underutilizing this tool as a company and the BidTracer Team has been excellent on helping us get back on-track.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's a great app, it's user-friendly, nice design of the app, and the customer support is super responsive. Ease of use and customization to fit your individual needs. Recommendations are always taken into consideration and if they cannot, they let you know why. Very friendly and easy to work with. We don't know what we would be doing without it. i liked most of the features that CF provided , easy deal with it on daily basis, loved how it's enhanced every month. Invoicing. Job/Expense Costing/Tracking. Track all job info in one place. Scheduling. Vehicle tracking. Creating To Do list. Time Cards. All the basics and many of the extended features needed for construction management at a fantastic price. Cons They have tricky policies, you really have to pay attention and read them. Can't think of anything I don't like about the program. There are so many features available and the ease of customization, I cannot say anything bad about the program. The proposal template and limited feature of adding contact details. Mobile App, it can be slow loading job information. Reporting is lacking. Interface feels like early 2000's software.
