Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform is very practical and easy to use. Adaptable to the needs of each company. It is user-friendly. What I liked most about GW Apps was how much it improved our internal workflow and operational visibility. It helped reduce the time needed for client reports, invoicing, and customer renewals, which made day-to-day processes much more efficient. The platform also made it easier to track activities and maintain better control across different areas of the business. Another major advantage was the quality of information provided to management, which became clearer, more organized, and more useful for decision-making. I really like GW Apps relatively intuitive approach to building workflow-centric apps. I knew how to begin getting results almost immediately. GW Apps manages be powerful at the same time. There aren't many use cases in this realm that it can't handle. For those that it can't out-of-the-box, its API makes leveraging another low-code platform like Make.com easy. Finally, their support is second to none, and really cements the tremendous value of the product. Cons You need time to know how to take advantage of all the benefits and I believe that with very good training the tool will be better appreciated. I do not really have a negative point about GW Apps itself, because their team was always responsive and supportive with our requests. The main challenge was internal adoption on our side. Some people in our company were not familiar with this level of automation, so it was sometimes difficult for them to fully understand the information and requirements needed by the GW Apps engineers to successfully build the platform for IMOGLO PAE. More front end design options would be welcome, such as the ability to move buttons. Could use an overall design refresh on the front end, but current design doesn't detract from the functionality for the most part.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros There is a no-code platform so it's easy to create what you need without needing to read or write code. It's affordable and there is plenty of support. I like that you can really customise the way it looks and feels to give users an easy interface. Importing data is really easy. I like the workflows that can be built in, especially the emails and notifications. Easy to add customers/users. Easy to learn. Alerts and notifications. Best for mid or small businesses to make digital their solutions. Low coding and with no complexity platform to build a web application. AI-based building structure. To build a smarter and advanced platform. #1- This platform gives Custom application solutions for any business. #2- It enables every enterprise to have an application. #3- Tutorial is enough to understand, no technical process. Zoho Creator needs very low or no coding. It can develop applications on a multi operating system. Zoho Creator platform offers a drag and drop option. It allows for many customization developments. Cons There is no support for Java so if you want to run Java you are out of luck. Sometimes the workflows and script can be a bit tricky to work out. Would like to be able to upload multiple files or attachments to a record. Maybe some wizards would be good to help with setup. Can be a little confusing and overwhelming - take the time to learn it. I used this tool for 5-6 months, till now no big cons experienced. #1- We had an overall positive experience with it. For beginners, there are not much tutorials available about the Zoho Creator.
