Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The username and password scenario used to cause frequent problems and waste our time, often confuse our users, and was also a security worry to us as SaaS providers. MIRACL changed all that - users easily remember their short PIN and don't even have to hit 'Enter' - they're straight in. As for security, the extremely clever 'behind the scenes' cryptographic system means that a bad actor would not only need to know someone's PIN, but also go off with their device. No chance of getting in from another computer! It's very simple to set up and to easy explain how to use it. not a problem for the first-time user. The team at Miracl were highly responsive to our needs. They de-mystified the technical aspect and delivered a great solution. We have been working with the team on one of our project and they have been very responsive and knowledgable. Simplicity in that only a 4 digit PIN is required (no password), speed as in it only takes 1-2 seconds & security which provides a highly secure MFA solution. Cons Very little! We did have to use some external expertise to integrate MIRACL into our system initially, but that's history. Also, if a user accesses our system through other than their default browser, if they clear the browser cache and need to register their device again (a very easy process), they must do so in the same browser - obvious, but not to everyone. Review Guidelines has too much reading will discourage this survey. I know it's necessary. There was nothing we didn't like from the service provided. Some of the documentation can be updated to reflect the latest changes. There are no cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - Usability of the Access App is great - The product does exactly what it should, which is great and makes it very secure - Good APIs for integrating Nevis into our own IAM - Very helpful support, quick reaction - straightforward setup and design - data protection ensured: minimal amount of customer identifying data necessary - very easy to use - good options with out-of-the-box mobile app (brandable) and SDK Ease of use, feature set, general feel of the service. Documentation is well made and allows for easy first steps, the cloud console helps with this as well. Support always really helpful, with little overhead and possibility of talking to developers directly, great! Very short time to implement, easy processes for the design of the App to fit customer's corporate identity rules, very fast reaction on version changes (iOS and Android), happy customer for 16 months now. Very happy with the product, provides easy to implement highly secure business user-centric processes (authorization, payment approval etc), also very happy with the team's response and support. Cons - The Access App building process could be documented a bit better, but with the great support of Nevis we got it running. So far I did not identify any cons with this product. At the start there where some unclear error messages in the in the mobile app, these have since been improved. Some of the more technical information can't be found in the documentation. (token lifetime, token signing) No cons to report on, the provided solution is stable, the support is always there and efficient, no disruption happened so far, informations about new releases are on time and useful. None.
