Cons: None, they are really fast (1-3 days in general) and everything goes well.

Overall: I highly recommend the company, they will take care of your e-commerce deliveries! They are really cheap.

Pros: We don’t do any SFP or even sell on Amazon and the setup was not ideal for our modus operandi. The solution can save Amazon merchants a lot of money.

Cons: Most of the issue we had could have been prevented if we’d taken our time and made sure that our product fit this kind of model.

Overall: A learning experience. Not going to give them negative points. Do your own due diligence to make sure your channels and products fit this model.

Pros: Probably the best next generation internet only order fulfillment platform with excellent spot on services and a hassle free experience. We have been using this service for years and have never encountered any negative results.

Cons: We have not experienced any negative results with using their services ever.

Overall: I evaluated several 3PL options and settled on Cahoot. The operation is absolutely professional and principled. The pricing is easy to understand. As a small business, I like that I can warehouse my product across the country. This geographic diversification optimizes shipping costs and lowers disruption risk from extreme weather events. Cahoot has been a rock-solid partner so far and I look forward to working with them further.

Pros: The industry leading pricing with easy to use software. They have excellent support for distributed fulfillment where my warehouses can co-exist with those of Cahoot.

Cons: They don't have any fulfillment centers in Asia right now which would be helpful to companies with sales.channels in China and the far east.

Overall: Great technology, fair prices, excellent customer service. Cahoot staff is highly responsive and they address any problems very quickly.

Overall: My company has been working as a fulfillment partner with Cahoot for several months and the overall experience has been very positive. The technology is easy to use and I feel confident in the quality control methods implemented to make sure orders are accurately fulfilled. By requiring operators to scan and verify each item as they're packed, the error rate is essentially zero. If any issue does arise, it's always a quick and easy support ticket away from resolution. Usually they respond within minutes and there's no delay in shipment. As a fulfillment partner we are also required to conduct bi-weekly cycle counts which helps to keep all parties on the same page. To this date, we've never been unable to fulfill an order due to missing inventory. Operating as a fulfillment company is not easy. It takes a ton of organization and flexibility but the Cahoot system really takes on a lot of the work. I'm hopeful that Cahoot will continue to innovate and update their technology. I love that they actively reach out and talk with us about our needs and what features we'd like to see implemented. I can see that they're invested in our success and I appreciate their commitment to a long term and positive relationship.

Pros: The most impressive part of working with Cahoot is the speed at which B2C orders are fulfilled, and the consistently affordable shipping rates obtained. Cahoot is clearly geared towards Amazon Seller Fulfilled Prime, and excels at it via a network of strong fulfillment partners and a deeply knowledgeable team. Amazon SFP is such a demanding program, it is very difficult to find partners with the ability to pull this off.

Cons: Looking ahead, we look forward to ongoing improvements in their software integrations and reporting capabilities. We are confident this will continue: this team works very hard and is responsive to our feedback.

Overall: Working with Cahoot is a fundamental part of our strategy for continuing to scale fast. We are an online-first eCommerce brand and work with Cahoot for 99% of our fulfillment needs: from B2C website orders through to B2B wholesale orders, Amazon SFP and replenishing Amazon FBA. Our inventory is placed nationwide for fast and affordable B2C orders, with an anchor node for large shipments. This breadth of capabilities will be key for us as we scale.

Overall: Cahoot has been amazing while working with us. They have made our fulfillment effortless and a thing of the past for us. Their great customer service stands out from other businesses and they genuinely want to see you succeed as a business which wasn't the case of many 3pl businesses I reached out to. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great business partner to scale with.

Pros: As a client that works in fulfillment with Cahoot, I cannot stress enough how great the experience has been. With a seamless to navigate software, to the scan verification process, all the way to the bi-weekly cycle counts, Cahoot has really done a stellar job assuring a successful relationship between sellers and fulfillment centers.

Pros: Cahoot has been very impressive. The 2 most impressive things for me (SFP seller for 10 years) are:
1 - depth of knowledge of SFP by the support team and account handler.
2 - the attention to details and drive to succeed by the team, super responsive.

Cons: Still young software so some things are missing but should be easy for them to roll out. New also means that it has latest and greatest logic.

Overall: Software is good. Best part is the drive to succeed by team, and the knowledge. It really was exactly what we were looking for to grow SFP in a time that is very challenging.

Pros: Cahoot is an amazing fulfillment and logistics organization that is doing well by doing good. We have partnered with Cahoot to deliver trees to thousands of children on Earth Day and their support and work is outstanding.

Cons: Because they work with many carriers, sometimes fragile shipments may get tossed around or damaged.

Overall: Cahoot is changing the way shipments happen – lower cost, better outcomes, and a lower burden on the planet.

Cons: Lacks a Create Return label function, (However, this is a feature that is currently being developed.)

Overall: Overall, our company has been using the software for 6 months thus far and we are more than happy with the results we've seen. We've expanded to 2 additional facilities, which has allowed us to be able to offer an affordable 1-day delivery option to more than 35% of the continental U.S.

Pros: We’ve been working with Cahoot for 2 years and I can speak from my personal experience. First, Cahoot software and platform is miles ahead of the other leading shipping solutions on the market because they’ve designed it from the ground up with today’s fulfillment needs in mind. We save hours daily since we switched. Second, their customer service is highly responsive and competent and they focus on resolving issues quickly. Happy to report that there really aren’t many issues but it’s good to know that the Cahoot team is there to help us when we need. Cahoot has always treated us fairly and their pricing is reasonable. I recommend Cahoot to other Sellers without reservation.
