Pros: As the main administrator of my organization I have used other programs before and I find Classter easy to understand and use. The trainer that was assigned to me is more than willing to teach me and answer all my questions.
Cons: I didn't find any cons until now. I have been using the system since October and I am transitioning from a different product that was very hard to use.
Overall: Overall, as I said before, the system is very easy to access and use. The personnel is always they're willing to answer any questions, teach and help us.

Pros: The customer service is very good and quick response overall. The system is very configurable, which is great! The help to get it working according to our needs is very appreciated. The team listens and comes up with the solution that will make the product work well for us. It will be great to have all of our student information in one system that can manage it all!
Cons: There have been some configuration glitches, but the team is quick to respond and sort them out when possible. There are a few things that the system cannot do, but we have found good work arounds - these are nothing critical. All the essentials are very good.
Overall: Classter has so many facets it can manage - we are just starting out, but looking forward to how this system will transform the way we work, plus provide a better experience for our students.

"Classter offers all you're looking for in a school management information system." Posted 2020-01-31
Pros: It offers a lot of flexibility and features and are constantly updating their functionality which is extremely rare to find. Great support throughout analysis and implementation phase as well as throughout product use.
Cons: Due to the large amount of functionality, I only wish we had more time to make more use of other features.
Overall: Our experience with Classter has been very positive and after 2 years of use, we have no complaints.
