Overall: I have been so pleased and happy with ZenLedger and their frequent news updates to help educate their customers on tax rules and regulations.

Pros: What a great tool ZenLedger is. It is extremely intuitive and easy to use, has great features, and the pricing is good for the service you get. Such a time-saver!

Cons: Not necessarily an issue with ZenLedger but some of my exchanges aren't able to automatically connect with ZenLedger. Therefore there's a little more manual work to get the needed data.

Overall: With my tens of thousands of transactions last year, There's no way I could gather all the needed data in a timely manner. ZenLedger definitely simplifies the process.

Cons: Requires dedicated time and effort to tackle the "learning curve", which every other service probably has as well.
When you run into a snag, it may take a day or so to get it resolved.

Overall: Like similar crypto tax preparation programs, ZenLedger requires that ALL current and former exchange transactions be listed and accounted for. When your memory fails you, this could slow up your process.
Working with ZenLedger over the past three tax seasons, I have been very satisfied with the accuracy and completeness of their product. In addition, it has taught me to be more diligent over the year to record each and every crypto transaction I engage in for when it becomes crypto tax season again.
I may have an excellent memory, it's just my recall is not what it use to be. Year-long note-taking helps me with this and is a necessity when it comes to ZenLedger activities. Best of luck!

Pros: I have had no issues with my ZenLedger. Basic user here that dabbles in crypto. Using my ZenLedger does offer a sense of security that I otherwise would not have.

Pros: This is my third tax season to use ZenLedger, and each year it seems easier to use. The accumulated information for tax basis simplifies my tax preparation and the bitcoin price at the time of an exchange would take time and effort to track down without this product.

Cons: Some wallets and exchanges must be manually entered.

Overall: It would be a nightmare to try to manually gather and enter all the information done effortlessly with ZenLedger.

Overall: In my experience, I can't be without ZenLedger for my crypto tax information. I'm not very savvy on the ins and outs of taxes in the crypto world, so having ZenLedger's knowledge for compliance is essential. Even when my portfolio had many issues to resolve, my contact, Julian, walked me through every step. It was completely successful. I highly recommend ZenLedger.

Pros: ZenLedger allows you to link your Coinbase account and then it conveniently calculates your cost-basis for all transactions and generates tax forms.

Cons: The site can take a while to generate the forms. I'd like it to be quicker at processing the transactions and generating tax documents.

Overall: I like using this site to double check Coinbase's calculations and for its ability to select multiple cost-basis calculation methods (FIFO, LIFO, HIFO). I recommend it.

Pros: Once set up properly (not difficult to do) this will generate profit/loss statements and fill out IRS forms and clearly show me losses and gains imported from all my exchanges and wallets. Truly this is as easy as it can get! My accountant appreciates the completed forms generated here that I just email him. And since he charges $150 per hour it is easier, more accurate and less expense than dumping a pile of PDFs onto him to sort out!

Cons: I have been using this for the past four years and frankly it is super easy and I can't honestly complain about the value or ease of use. It's a great product.

Overall: I use it every quarter to update my gains/losses, to play for rebalancing and tax harvesting. Its essential at year end to prepare all the forms needed by my accountant that they add to my tax submission. Its well worth the cost!

Pros: One of the many things I liked about ZenLedger was its ease of use. Very easy to use. The range of options you have is amazing to track transactions.

Cons: The font could be easier to read. I had just a little trouble to read it on my computer. Other than that it’s mostly positive.

Overall: My experience with this product was very positive as it helped me with my management of my finances.

Pros: Every year ZenLedger gets better. It will handle all your crypto tax issues and if you get stuck, the team will quickly help you. Fabulous tool!

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve, especially with the terminology. But that's no different than any software tool.

Overall: Especially if you are a power crypto user, ZenLedger keeps you out of IRS jail. The Foreign Bank Account Report (FBAR) would have been nearly impossible to create manually. And of course, many exchanges are located outside the US.

Pros: Great customer service! Erica and others I worked with are rock stars! Also, I like the amount of integrations ZenLedger has.

Cons: API Interface with KuCoin could be improved. Also, some of the exchanges weren’t supported yet.

Overall: Very good. I would recommend this service to others who are looking for a helpful tool to organize their IRS tax forms regarding cryptocurrencies and tokens.

Pros: Security above all else, being able to lock your cryptos in a safe environment is the only perfect solution to having cryptocurrency.

Cons: No cons excerpt if you loose your security code you are out of luck getting into your device so keep it in a safe place.

Overall: I love being able to keep track of my Cryptos on Ledger Live while keeping my coins safe, secured and offline.
