If one of our consultants is working with a client, they can set up a dashboard for their project and allow them to track the progress of their operation.

We have been able to very carefully customize our projects in a way that carries them through to completion without skipping any critical steps along the way. Cons: The only thing we've come across thus far that has caused a slight hiccup is the systems inability to notify us when we have created duplicate project numbers. There may be a way to write a rule for this but I haven't found it just yet.
