How Ask Advisor works
Ask Advisor is optimized for providing Analytics-related knowledge and support. It’s accessible anywhere across Google Analytics, and can provide real-time insights on your property.
Follow the steps below to access Ask Advisor:
- In your Google Analytics property, if your account is eligible, you can click the Ask Advisor
icon in the top right hand corner of your property. You can also click the Google Analytics Search box and select Ask Advisor.
- This opens the Ask Advisor window on the right panel.
- Type your query into the Ask Advisor.
- For some questions, Ask Advisor may take a moment to think, plan, and prepare a response.
- Ask Advisor processes data solely at the property level, which means the information used to generate responses is from within that specific Google Analytics property only.
- Ask Advisor is currently available in properties with English as the selected language, with plans to expand support to other languages.
- Use the thumbs up and thumbs down buttons to provide the product team with feedback on each response.
- Ask Advisor reflects information that is available in Google Analytics.
