You can link a Google Fitbit Air and a Google Pixel Watch simultaneously to your account in the Google Health app. This allows you to switch devices that you wear to match your lifestyle without needing to reconnect your device.
Multiple devices are supported in the Google Health app for the following devices only:
- One Google Pixel Watch
- One Google Fitbit Air
Set up multiple devices
- For your first device, refer to How do I set up my Fitbit device.
- To add your second device, open the Google Health app

At the top left, tap Connections

- Tap Add more devices
the device you want to pair.
- Follow the on-screen setup instructions.
Learn how your data is handled
- Auto-detect on wrist: The Google Health app automatically detects which device is currently on your wrist.
- Unified health data: Your data from your active devices automatically reconciles to provide unified health and fitness metrics.
For example, if you switch devices, the Google Health app combines your data to give you an accurate total for your steps, sleep, and heart rate.
When you are wearing both devices simultaneously, the app will prioritize one source over the other, based on device performance. You can view your source priorities for any given metric.
- Filter data by source: In the Google Health app, you can filter each of your metrics by source. To do this:
- Open the Google Health app
- Find the metric of interest on the tab you are interested in.
- Tap to its expanded graph view.
- At the top right, tap More
.
- Tap View sources.
- Tap the name of the source you want to view.
- Open the Google Health app
- Your data on the Google Health Coach: The Google Health Coach will use your reconciled stream of data if you are wearing both devices simultaneously.
