- With your device nearby, open the Google Health app on your phone.
- On the Today tab
, tap and hold on the screen and pull down.
Or use the Sync Now option:
- Open the Google Health app

- At the top left, tap Connections

A checkmark appears after data is synced. See your stats in the Google Health app.
