Check signature requirements for your Google Store orders

When you buy something from the Google Store, you can ask for a signature upon delivery for most orders. If you don't see the option to ask for a signature, it means there's nothing in your order that needs it. You can't stop signature requirements for orders that need it. Signatures upon delivery are only available in the United States and Canada.

Check if your order requires a signature

Important:

  • If you order a Pixel Fold, you’ll need to sign for everything in your order.
  • The delivery carrier will try to deliver your package 3 times. If you aren't there to sign, they’ll return it to the warehouse. Make sure you are available to sign for your package so it doesn't get lost or stolen.

To find out if your order needs a signature, you can check your:

  • Order confirmation email
  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking information

Tip: If FedEx is your delivery carrier and you chose a commercial shipping address, a signature may not be needed. This is true even if you asked for one.
