If you purchase a Google Health Premium through iOS, Play Store, or fitbit.com, learn how to manage or cancel your Google Health Premium subscription.
For Google Health Premium purchases from Google Store, to manage and cancel your subscription, follow the instructions below.
You can change the payment method you use for your Google Health Premium subscription or cancel your subscription.
Manage your Google Health Premium subscription
Change your payment method
- Go to Your subscriptions.
- Select Google Health Premium.
- Under “Payment method”, click Change payment method.
- To update the primary payment method, you’ll find a pop-up window.
- From the dropdown menu, you can either:
- Select an existing payment method.
- Add a new credit or debit card.
- To confirm the payment method, click Submit.
Cancel your Google Health Premium subscription
Important: To cancel your Google Health Premium subscription, you should know where you bought your subscription. Before you cancel, check the Google Health Premium cancellation policies.
If you bought through Google Store:
- Go to Your subscriptions.
- Select Google Health Premium.
- Under “Payment method”, click Cancel subscription.
- To confirm, you’ll find a pop-up window.
- To cancel, click Confirm.
