When someone purchases a product or you set stock quantity via admin, quantity will be instantly updated to the other store. The plugin uses WooCommerce built-in API to communicate between stores. Download the plugin zip file 2. Go to Plugins in the WordPress admin panel 3. Click Add new and Upload plugin 4. Choose the downloaded zip file and upload it 5. Activate the plugin Once the plugin is activated, you need to set up API credentials and import stock quantities from one store to the other. I uploaded 40 new products to the secondary site, and then used the “update report” on the primary site. As the result, the quantities from the secondary site (1 piece per item) were overwriting the stock quantities in the primary store! I consider this a big, bad bug! Not in my wildest dreams I would have expected that secondary quantities would overwrite primary quantities. Now I need to put my store in maintenance mode to avoid overselling, count those 40 products, and correct the primary inventory. We have been used it for 3 mounts now and have no issue. Wanted to sync 5 products across two sites. One site has 163 products, the other just 5. There is a warning on the 163 site telling me the free version only supports 100 products and lists the first 100 products, keyed off the slug. I made sure my slug for the five products began early in the alphabet and these five then stayed near the top of the allowed 100 products. Not a problem. Thank you far a great plugin.
