It’s easy to install and works on a per product level. Simply go to a product, enable min/max qty and set the levels that you desire. Other more elaborate plugins either turn off the ability to set min/max qty at the product level, or they don’t work properly with my WC configuration. Also the plug-in developer is super quick at fixing any bugs that crop up after Wordpress updates.
