NVIDIA is kicking off the new month by releasing an updated R610 Linux driver build with quite a number of bug fixes.

The NVIDIA 610.57.04 is out this morning with quite a bit more bug fixing than we typically see out of new NVIDIA point releases in existing stable branches. The NVIDIA 610.57.04 fixes a possible X Server crash when using GLX indirect rendering, a number of game rendering and crash fixes, various Vulkan driver fixes, NVIDIA DKMS kernel module build issues, and a variety of other fixes.

Among the many game fixes in the NVIDIA 610.57.04 Linux driver are for 007 First Light, Assassin's Creed Origins, Forza Horizon 6, Monster Hunter Wilds, Stalker 2, Crimson Desert, Elden Ring, Elden Ring Nightrein, ExoDomia, Far Far West, Grounded 2, Incursion Red River, John Carpenter's Toxic Commando, Paradise Nowhere, Screamer, Star Rupture, Windrose, and X-Plane.
