🌐 Country vs. language

country and language are separate settings:

• 🗺️ Country selects which Amazon marketplace to use (www.amazon.com, www.amazon.de, etc.).
• 🗣️ Language selects which locale Amazon renders the page in. It does not have to match the country’s default language.
