Infobel Scraper — Global Business Directory Data (Keyless)
Scrape the Infobel business directory across 70+ countries — no API key, no login, no cookies. Extract company name, full address, validated phone number(s), website, categories and rating count by keyword, location, or whole category. Built for volume: fan out over terms, cities and categories to pull hundreds of thousands — even millions — of B2B leads, and export to CSV, Excel, JSON or Google Sheets.
Infobel (infobel.com) is one of the oldest and largest online business directories in the world, covering tens of millions of companies across Europe, the Americas, Asia, the Middle East and Africa. This actor turns that directory into a clean, structured lead database you control.
What does Infobel Scraper do?
Infobel Scraper reads Infobel's public search results directly and returns one clean row per business. You drive it three ways:
- By keyword — type what you're looking for (
restaurant, plumber, law firm, hotel) and the country. The actor searches Infobel exactly like the website and paginates the results. - By keyword + location — add one or more cities/regions (
Brussels,Antwerp) to narrow each search and multiply coverage. - By whole category (max volume) — leave the search terms blank and the actor discovers every business category Infobel lists for that country (~350 categories) and sweeps them all.
Under the hood it drives a genuine headful Chrome through a residential proxy that is auto-matched to your target country — that's what clears Infobel's Cloudflare protection reliably (you don't configure anything). Results are 20 per page; the actor paginates deep, dedupes by Infobel business ID, and keeps going — across terms, locations and categories — until it reaches your maxResults.
Who is it for?
- Sales & lead-gen teams building targeted B2B call/outreach lists by industry and geography.
- Market researchers mapping how many businesses of a type exist in a country or city.
- Data & enrichment providers who need broad, multi-country company data with phones and addresses.
- Local SaaS & directory builders seeding their own listings from an authoritative source.
- Agencies & consultants compiling prospect databases for clients in 70+ markets.
Use cases
- Industry lead lists — every "plumber" in Belgium, with phone and address, ready for a cold-call campaign.
- Multi-city sweeps — run "dentist" across 20 cities and merge into one deduped dataset.
- Whole-market extraction — leave terms blank to pull every business category in a country for a full market map.
- Territory planning — count and locate businesses by category and city for sales-territory design.
- CRM enrichment — match company names to phones, websites and addresses across countries.
Why use Infobel Scraper?
- 100% keyless — no Infobel/InfobelPRO account, no API key, no login, no cookies.
- 70+ countries — one actor, a single dropdown to switch markets.
- Truly high volume — fans out over terms × locations × categories to reach hundreds of thousands / millions of rows.
- Clean, contact-ready output — name, validated phone(s), website, split street/postcode/city, categories, rating count and detail URL.
- Clears Cloudflare automatically — a real headful Chrome over a residential proxy that's auto-matched to your country; nothing to configure.
- Pay per result — you only pay for the businesses you collect. Export to CSV, JSON, Excel or Google Sheets.

Geensstraat 34, 3300 Tienen","street": "Dokter J. Geensstraat 34","postalCode": "3300","city": "Tienen","country": "belgium","categories": ["Restaurants", "French restaurants", "Belgian restaurants", "Fish restaurants"],"rating": null,"ratingCount": 0,"ratingText": "No ratings","detailUrl": "https://www.infobel.com/en/belgium/brasserie_kronacker/tienen/BE107029453-016368080/businessdetails.aspx","_label": "restaurant","scrapedAt": "2026-07-25T13:40:11.004Z"}
How to use
Option A — Search by keyword (and optional location)
- Pick a Country.
- Add one or more Search terms (e.g.
restaurant,bakery). - Optionally add Locations (e.g.
Brussels,Ghent). - Set Max results and press Start.
{"country": "belgium","searchTerms": ["restaurant", "bakery"],"locations": ["Brussels", "Ghent"],"maxResults": 2000}
Option B — Sweep every category (maximum volume)
Leave Search terms empty. The actor finds all ~350 business categories for the country and scrapes them.
{"country": "france","searchTerms": [],"maxResults": 100000}
Tip: press Start with just a country selected to sweep everything, or add terms to target a niche.
Input parameters
| Parameter | Type | Default | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
country | string (select) | belgium | Infobel country directory (70+ options) |
searchTerms | array of strings | — | Keywords/categories; leave empty to sweep all categories |
locations | array of strings | — | Optional cities/regions to narrow each search |
maxResults | integer | 1000 | Max unique businesses to collect (up to 5,000,000) |
proxy | object | Residential (auto country) | Proxy configuration (required). Leave default — the actor auto-matches a residential IP to your target country to clear Cloudflare |
Tips for best results
- Leave search terms blank for the biggest pull — sweeping all categories yields hundreds of thousands of rows per country.
- Add locations to scale a single keyword — one term maxes out around ~1,000 rows per city, so 20 cities ≈ 20,000.
- Use the local language for terms/locations where relevant (e.g.
boulangeriein France) for the richest matches. - Set
maxResultshigh — the actor keeps fanning out over the term/location/category matrix to reach it. - Leave the proxy on the default — the actor auto-selects a residential IP in your target country to clear Cloudflare; overriding it with datacenter will get blocked.
- Dedupe is automatic by
businessId, so overlapping terms/locations won't create duplicates. - Split fields are ready for CRM —
name, phone, street, postalCode, citymap straight into most tools. - Schedule it to keep a market database fresh over time.
Integrations

Use with AI agents (MCP)
Infobel Scraper works as a tool for AI agents via the Apify MCP server, so an LLM can build lead lists on demand. Point your MCP-compatible client (Claude, Cursor, etc.) at Apify's MCP server and let the agent call it.
Example agent prompt:
"Use the Infobel scraper to get 500 dentists in Lisbon, Portugal, with their phone numbers and addresses, and return them as a table."
Frequently asked questions
Is Infobel Scraper really keyless?
Yes. It reads Infobel's public directory pages directly — no Infobel or InfobelPRO account, API key, login or cookies required.
How many results can I get?
As many as the directory holds. A single keyword+location combo returns up to ~1,000 businesses; the actor fans out over your terms, locations and (when terms are blank) all ~350 categories to reach hundreds of thousands or millions.
Which countries are supported?
70+ Infobel country directories — most of Europe, the Americas, and parts of Asia, the Middle East and Africa — selectable from a dropdown.
How do I get the maximum number of businesses for a country?
Leave searchTerms empty and set a high maxResults. The actor sweeps every business category Infobel lists for that country.
Which fields have the best coverage?
Name, address and category are broadly available. Phones are emitted only after strict validation; the Actor also recovers the public phone suffix carried by Infobel detail URLs when present. Listings expose the number of ratings, but usually not an average score, so ratingCount is normally populated while rating remains null unless an explicit 0–5 score is present.
Does it get email addresses?
The listing results provide name, address, phone, website and categories. Emails are not shown on Infobel's public listing pages.
Why is a proxy required?
Infobel is behind Cloudflare, which challenges foreign and datacenter IPs. The actor runs a real headful Chrome through a residential proxy auto-matched to your target country (e.g. Belgium → a Belgian IP), which clears the challenge. Just leave the proxy on its default.
Are the fields clean and typed?
Yes — addresses are split into street, postalCode and city, validated phones are collected into an array, ratingCount is numeric, and every row has a stable businessId.
How do I export the data?
From the run's Dataset tab, export to CSV, Excel, JSON, XML or HTML, or push to Google Sheets — one click or via the API.
How often is the data updated?
It's live — every run queries Infobel in real time. Schedule the actor to keep your database current.
Can I search people / white pages?
This actor focuses on business (yellow-pages) listings, which are the high-value, clean B2B records. Contact us if you need residential coverage.
Is it legal?
Infobel Scraper collects publicly available business directory data that anyone can view in a browser without logging in. It does not access private accounts or gated pages. As with any scraping, you are responsible for how you use the data: respect Infobel's Terms of Service, applicable copyright, and privacy/marketing laws (e.g. GDPR and local telemarketing rules) — particularly when contacting the businesses you collect. Use the data lawfully and ethically.
