Rightmove Scraper — UK Property Listings & Agent Data
Scrape homes for sale on Rightmove, the UK's biggest property portal, straight into a clean table or JSON/CSV/Excel feed. Just type a town, city, postcode or area — the scraper resolves it to Rightmove's own location and pages through every result.
For each listing you get the price, bedrooms, bathrooms, address, GPS coordinates, property type, tenure, listing status and the estate agent behind it (branch name, trading name, phone number and branch page) — ready for property research, comparables, lead generation or a market dashboard.
What you can do with it
- Estate-agent lead lists — every listing carries the branch name, brand and phone number.
- Market monitoring — price, "added/reduced" status, first-listed date and update reason per home.
- Comparables & valuations — beds, baths, type, tenure, coordinates and price for an area.

Good to know
- Rightmove pages through ~1,000 results per search (its own UI limit), even when a city has
tens of thousands of listings. To reach deeper stock, narrow the location to a town, suburb or
postcode, or run several
locationsat once. - Scope is for sale (the
RES_BUYchannel). To-rent and sold-price channels are separate. - A plain city name is not a filter on Rightmove — this actor resolves it to a real
locationIdentifiervia Rightmove's public typeahead before searching, so results are correctly scoped to the place you asked for. - Some prices show as a qualifier only ("POA"); in that case
price_amountmay be null whileprice_displaystill carries the text.
Legality & fair use
This actor collects publicly available listing data from Rightmove search pages, without logging in. Use it in line with Rightmove's Terms of Use and applicable law. Any personal data in the output (e.g. agent contact details) is processed under your responsibility as the data controller — scrape and use it lawfully (GDPR/UK-GDPR and similar).
