G2 Review Delta Intelligence

For SaaS product teams and competitive-intelligence analysts, enter public G2 product/review URLs and receive source-linked review evidence, theme alerts, and an optional battlecard report.

Blocked or metadata-only pages remain in the run output for diagnosis but are never sent to a billable PPE event. This actor does not bypass CAPTCHA, login walls, or access controls.

1. Set productUrls to one or more public G2 product or review pages.
2. Keep delivery set to dataset, dryRun=false, and emitSummaryOnBlocked=true.
3. Set generateBattlecardReport=true when a source-linked report is needed.

The first example is a public-source path and needs no login, API key, fixture, or private credential. If the page is blocked, the actor records a diagnostic summary and intentionally emits zero billable rows.

What it returns

• g2-review-delta rows when structured rating/review evidence is available.
• g2-theme-alert rows only when extracted review themes or competitor evidence is available.
• One optional g2-battlecard-report row when generateBattlecardReport=true and at least one value row exists.
• Diagnostic blocked/weak rows in the run output, never as billable PPE rows.
• A local output/result.json file for reproducible smoke tests.

Input

Use store-input.templates.json or input.json as the quickstart. The charged proof path must use dryRun=false and delivery="dataset". Webhook output is diagnostic-only and is not a billable PPE path.

Pricing

PAY_PER_EVENT events are mapped one-to-one to delivered value rows: g2-review-delta, g2-theme-alert, and g2-battlecard-report. A blocked URL-level summary, name-only seed, or weak source observation has no billing event. Every SDK delivery checks chargedCount and records both PHASE87_DELIVERY_AUDIT and PHASE89_DELIVERY_AUDIT; a charge or audit failure fails closed.

Notes

The actor uses public HTTP-first sources and emits warnings instead of bypassing a block. A proof run can legitimately report NO_BILLABLE_VALUE_SOURCE_BLOCK when G2 does not return review evidence; this is a fail-closed result, not a fake charge.
