出现这种错误一般是因为系统已经启动了 tomcat服务器，大家一定要注意，在用eclipse和 tomcat调试环境时，一定要保证 tomcat服务没有启动，所以也建议大家在系统服务中将 tomcat服务改成“手动启动”（如果不用eclipse也就没这个必要了）。
