I have Quadro FX 5600. When I run bandwidht program in the CUDA project files I get below output. It seems I have a performance problem.

I did not plug in the second power entrance on the Quadro FX 5600 (since there is no second power cable on the main board). Can this be the reason?

Your numbers are low, but the bandwidth is motherboard/chipset dependent.

You should also try to run the bandwidth test with pinned memory:
bandwidth -memory=pinned

You can add a second power cable, there are converters from Molex ( the old white power connector used in PATA and CD) to PCI-e 6pin.
