Patch version of 2.19, released on October 29, 2025. NOTE: immediate replacement of 2.19.3 released earlier in the day (with issues rendering it not working on JDK 8).

Following fixes are included in this patch release.

This is planned to be the last regular patch release from 2.19 branch.
