The target station is one of the three types of stations added by BuzzyDrones.

All drones that are carrying items will deposit them at the nearest valid target station. When a drone is carrying items, it will look for a valid station in a range of 15 block of radius.

Target stations can contain up to 5 items and a filter. It is advised to use a hopper or another kind of item transporter to extract items from the station once the drone has placed them. Hoppers will not extract, nor insert items into the filter slot.

Drones can enter a source station and leave the items they are carrying there. Once they are no longer carrying any item, they will leave the station. No more than one drone can enter the station at the same time.

Target stations can also use item filters.

Any item can be placed in the filter slot. If a target station has an item filter, drones will only bring matching items to that station.

If a drone is carrying an item that does not match the filter, it will look for another station with the correct filter, or for a station which does not have a filter. If the drone cannot find a matching station, it will give a warning to indicate it is carrying items, but it has nowhere to bring them.
