Adds a Blaster CAD Assembly that allows you to cast Mana related tricks.

The Blaster CAD can also be equipped with lenses by combining it with them in a crafting table.

It also supports a lens clip.

Adds two modifiers:

Adds a socket to a tinkers tool and adds the ability to the tool cast on block break.

Requires at least one Psionic modifier on the tool. Changes it so the tool casts the spell when you hit an entity, akin to the Psimetal Sword.

Adds a recipe for the Creative CAD
