Since 1.21.1, Vanilla Cookbook adds a loot modifier that adds a chance for Gold Apples and Enchanted Gold Apples to drop from Oak and Dark Oak leaves when harvested with a gold hoe. Golden Apples are twice as rare as regular Apples, and Enchanted Golden Apples are ten times as rare as regular Apples. The chance is affected by Fortune enchantments.
