Advanced Setups
Here is a setup for Wireless Redstone. It is possible to do one which reacts to signal strength but we are just checking the presence of a signal for this one.
Step 1: Place a Node on the block which the signal is to be detected from. Connect this to an Info Reader and then the Info Reader to a Data Emitter.
Step 2: Right-click the Info Reader, scroll down and select 'Signal' under the heading of 'REDSTONE'.
Step 3: Right-click your Data Emitter and name it, i've named mine 'REDSTONE SIGNAL'.
Step 4: Place down an Data Receiver and a Redstone Signaller as seen below. This can be anywhere you wish as the signal will work across dimensions as long as both sides are chunk loaded.
Step 5: Right-click the Data Receiver. Select the correct Emitter from the list.
Step 6: Right-click the Redstone Signaller. Change the data setting to 'Word' as the data we have selected will always be either 'true' or 'false'. Therefore in the word box below we will write 'true'.
And your done!
Here is a setup for displaying Items stored in an ME system. You are not limited by channels, and can display data for networks in other dimensions as required.
Step 1: For doing this efficiently I recommend the use of a Data Emitter and a Data Receiver as it is far neater and avoids unnecessary cabling. The Node should be placed on an ME Interface and then connected to the Data Emitter. Make sure your name the Emitter so you can find it again later e.g. "AE2 Network".
Step 2: Place down an Data Receiver and connect to the Emitter you just created. You can then connect this to as many Inventory Readers as you wish and view you Items seamlessly.
