Fix README inaccuracies

- Drop the per-node "fill" claim (the start_enrich_session command is not
  wired into the UI; the only agent launches are whole-model build and
  drift check).
- Drop the "stored status" framing from responsibilities; plan marks and
  drift flags are described in their own sections.
