Additional Information

RAM Allocation

You can customize the amount of RAM that your Farming Experience instance uses. Allocating more memory may improve your FPS when using shaders or speed up chunk loading. These are the default values for each platform:

  • CurseForge: 4 GB
  • Modrinth: 2 GB

Manage Mods

You can change the mods currently installed in your Farming Experience instance, although this is not recommended as it may cause the game to crash when launching. If you modified your instance and it crashes on launch, please do a clean reinstall of Farming Experience.

Updates

Farming Experience is updated frequently to include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new mod features. Keeping your instance updated to the latest version is important to avoid issues with your game.

Play with your friends

Setting up a server for you and your friends is easier than you think. Read this guide on how to set up your Farming Experience server.

Tweaks

Farming Experience Tweaks is included in the instance to make improvements such as:

  • Changing the panorama background
  • Adding crafting recipes for all horse armors, saddles, and name tags
  • Adding text splashes to the menu screen
