Switched from bundling python packages to using venv. So before it only worked with Python 3.11, but now it should work with 3.10 and above. Also, added the decimal separator fix for countries that use commas to the footprint creator. Fix footprint pad shape of eRound, eRounded is the correct type. Added refresh of PCB library when generating a footprint. Fixed hole size on smd pads.
