Fixed

• Version surfaces. Bumped server.json, elesync/__init__.py, and
  index.html to match pyproject.toml (1.23.0 only bumped pyproject,
  failing the CI version-consistency gate). This patch release is the
  first 1.23.x with all surfaces in agreement and release assets built.
