Codex doesn't recognize new tools after connecting to Google Colab

After connecting new tools to Google Colab, Codex does not recognize them and cannot use them. When trying to access the new functions, an error occurs indicating that the tools are not defined. How can I make Codex re-index the available tools after adding them to the Colab environment?

@cuffjosie Is google antigravity working on developing an inbuilt mcp server connection to colab mcp server? Because I am facing the same problem. I have tried configuring the mcp_config.json file with the tools specifically instead of the one that is mentioned in the docs.
