Image failures now abort the write instead of degrading it. A broken image reference (missing file, dead URL, non-image, oversized) makes addComment, createTask and updateTask fail with a per-image error report before anything is written - fix the markdown and retry without duplicates. Upload failures mid-batch list the already-uploaded CDN URLs for reuse on retry.
