Feature request: table of contents

Hi all,

Thank you for this project. It's super cool. I am evaluating it as the primary build tool for my website. I am running into a couple of issues, including not rendering a table of contents with {:toc} (though I think this is a Kramdown feature).

I am filing a couple of issues and am opening to sponsoring to support these features if you have time available.

Thanks. I've confirmed that it's provided by kramdown. Here's the docs: https://kramdown.gettalong.org/converter/html.html#toc

Since Jekyll uses kramdown by default, this Gojekyll should be enhanced to implement this.

This is also reproducible in https://github.com/tekknolagi/gojekyll-bugs but I only have the main branch installed, not your feature branch.

Also it shouldn't normally include the h1 with the page title, I think, but it does
