A red mug with three pencil storyboard frames.

Remember the red STILL mug from my last Flow guide? Jasper held it in three stills. This time the mug works alone, and the target is an 8-second product ad.

Non-paid readers

Video is where a vague brief gets expensive, so I wanted the planning done in plain text first.

Write the rules once

Flow’s Agent accepts a project-level instruction. Here’s mine, slightly tightened:

STILL is a fictional red ceramic mug brand. For every asset, keep the reference mug’s silhouette, red glaze, handle shape and white STILL lettering. Setting: a quiet contemporary Sri Lankan verandah, warm morning light, muted cream and timber palette. No extra slogans, products or people. Plan before generating and ask for confirmation before spending credits.

I attached the original mug image as a reference, saved both, and reloaded the project. The instruction checkbox was still active.

That confirms the brief is in place. Whether generated frames respect it is something you check by eye, every time.
