These are my opinions based on my own research and based entirely on evidence found on www.victimsoflauraowens.com, the California and Arizona dockets, and the Love Trapped podcast.

Hey! This is a blog for those who are not-so-casually interested in the upcoming trial of Laura Owens in Scottsdale, Arizona, in late 2026. She has been charged with 14 different felony counts- eight that pertain to a (false) paternity case that she filed against Clayton Echard, who was the lead of ABCs 28th season of “The Bachelor.” They had non-penetrative sex, the kind that does not lead to babies, and she claimed it led to not only one immaculately conceived baby, but boy/ girl twins, who were imagined to be due on Valentine’s Day. Because what is more romantic and magical than that? Boy and girls twins born on the day where love rules supreme? It’s the kind of thing a six-year-old would daydream about.

Clayton’s refusal to take it lying down created a domino effect in which Laura was exposed as a serial pregnancy faker, and an extremely litigious abuser of the court system and the police protocols that are in place to protect those who live in fear of being harmed. Laura wants to blame other people for a situation that has absolutely nothing to do for reality, but only with the demented inner workings of the most insecure and immoral person I’ve evse heard of.

I am going to write anonymously, to keep the things and people sacred to me safe from Laura’s anticipated venom. While I don’t believe I have anything to hide from a personal standpoint, I have to protect my most important things and people from the litigious diarrhea that Lauren’s nearly-constant police/ court filings have brought upon so many other people who have had the audacity to write about her.

I’m scared of her, I think she’s scary. Like the witch from Hansel and Gretel, but she’s not luring lost kids to her home, she’s trying to lure athletically built hotties into her den of zoom zoom.

So for right now, I’m gonna stay anonymous. I support JFC and justice for everyone who she has abused. I’m not a content creator. I’m just a freelance writer, a wife and a mom, and I have a lot to say about the things that she has done, including weaponizing the very platform on which you are viewing this.

When I was trying to organize my thoughts on this matter, I kept coming back to the idea that Laura exists in what I can only describe as a facsimile of regular life. I don’t believe that she is capable of actual human emotion, with the exception of self-pity. She’s a thief, and I don’t mean she’s got sticky fingers or a propensity for petty theft, although it wouldn’t surprise me. She steals the empathy of actual victims, and it is my belief that she has never once proven, by any stretch of the imagination, that any of the things that she claims have happened to her have actually happened. She steals ultrasounds, she manufactures and alters medical records in order to paint herself in the most sympathetic light possible. She knows what keywords to say. She will take your story and make it her own.

Laura’s ability to offend absolutely every group of people is unlike anything I’ve ever come across. Outside of her parents, not one friend, family member, neighbor, classmate- no one- has been willing to, without anonymity, speak up on her behalf. I dont mean that they won’t volunteer to testify on her behalf. I mean they won’t speak for her. And while Laura beieves this is because of some kind of external locus of control, I keep coming back to one thing: How many people would I speak up for?

How many people would speak up for me?

I don’t know one person who would have just one person. I can’t thnk of a person who would have less than ten people.

Laura is 36 today.

She has no people.

She grew up in a famous family. She’s fairly well-known.

Never in my life have I seen someone so universally and deservedly panned. We could see she is guilty and profoundly full of shit from outer space. 0% Fresh

There is not one credible person willing to compliment this woman, let alone defend her. And, as a middle-aged mom who has been married for almost two decades and is very close with my family, I am sure it is lonely to be so profoundly unsupported. Ans while she would love to blame JFC and it’s members for the lack of support, JFC is only a few years old. Laura is 36, as of today.. why has nobody spoken up for her who knew her in her first 33 years?

To her credit, she has accomplished something that I truly thought was impossible. She has made the entire Internet agree.

There is literally no one- NO ONE ON THE INTERNET- who believes her. And while Laura believes she is misunderstood, the rest of us udnerstand that we would have to be headless in order to misunderstand what is happening here. This is a woman who burns bridges.

But, and luckily for me, Laura’s inability to to maintain any kind of relationship outside of her echo chamber has lead to a nearly termial assault on the English language, moslty via her blog on this very app, where she often posts and deletes some of the worst writing I have ever seen in my life.

Let’s be clear. There are a lot of mistakes in my writing. I’m sloppy, I have ADHD and dyslexia, and I have a lot of problems with my hands that make typing difficult. I’m not here to throw stones about proofreading. I was the first dyslexic person to graduate from my Master’s writing program, and I’m really proud of that, but it does not make me a great proofreader and that’s not my point here.

I want to talk about the manipulation that Laura has . If there weren’t access to odler essays, I’d wonder if Laura’s entire life story was fabricated in ChatGPT. Her essays include zingers such as “He didn’t just attack my present, he obliterated my future,” and “I’m literally in a living hell.” (To my knowledge, Laura didn’t grow up in Darfur.). While the intention of Laura’s flowery, self-indulgent langage is clearly to invoke sympathy and to illicit shame for all of those who dare to….. notice…. her behavior, it comes off as incredibly out of touch, and can best be described the same way that I’d describe Laura: Manipulatively cheesy.

I want to write about Laura’s writing, from her pedestrian and dramatic modifiers in her terrible Medium articles, to her sticky-sweet proclamations of love and adoration from men- all of whom would rather swim into a boat motor than converse with her.

She weaponizes language the same way she weaponizes everything, and she sucks at it. (Oh no. hope she doesn’t get pregnant with Merriam-Webster’s twins.

This blog is for the purpose of breaking down the language of Laura’s emails, texts, blogs and the like, and when I come across events being described dissimilarly, well, that’s the thing I’m most eager to write about- the way she spins whatever she’s relaying, based on whatever unearned prize or valor she is trying to steal.

There is no social issue that LO won’t exploit to get out of trouble. She has claimed to be pregnant at least six times. She told Mike Maracinni she had ovarian cancer. She has told several men that her father has recently entered hospice and attempt to elicit pity and avoid being dumped by them.

Daughter of the year, Laura. *slow clap.”

She also claimed she was terribly sexually assaulted, and that it was streamed on the dark web. That’s right — a woman so litigious that the (amazing) website that documents it all — www.victimsoflauraowens.com- has more than one hundred drop down menus, just to house all of the filings for all of the cases that she has filed against men who want nothing more than to never have met her- that woman would have reported it. She talks about her health issues more than anyone I’ve ever personally met, but she doesn’t go to the doctor when she’s pregnant?

The suggestion that this extremely litigious woman, who openly commits perjury at nearly every court appearance would have chosen to not come forward about rape, severe physical trauma, her own life-threatening health conditions… It just not credible, and I will not entertain it.

Hold on, what’s that smell, Laura?

Oh. It’s horseshit. From a horse pretending to be a different horse.

I’m excited to dig deeper into the words that Laura uses. I’m going to point out the plagiarized parts, the recycled parts, (I will bring the receipts,) and the subtlties and way she manipulates language in order to attempt to manipulate us, her audience. Because it’s Laura Owens’ world, and we’re just watching, mouths agape, while she circles the drain.

She has used this very platform to blame eating disorders on many differently people, but never on those who are actually responsible for her well-being: her mother and herself. As a mother, I a find it impossible to defend Jan Black’s decision to accompany her 85 lb daughter to Barry’s Boot Camp gym. A woman who weighs 85 lbs should not be exercising, as as repulsive as I find Laura to be, I don’t want her to die. Jan goes with her, people see them there together a lot. Laura could very easily drop dead there, and as much as she wants to hold everyone but herself and her mother accountable, only Laura (and Jan) are responsible for Laura. As of today, she’s legally been an adult longer than she was legally a child. She is responsible for her well being, and absolutely no one is responsible for her eating habits, except for her. I have so, so, so much to say about her essay on this platform, where she blames the internet for her eating disorder. (Once again, she’s 36.) That is the one that we’ll be dissecting first.

I do not have a legal background, but except for a few years in college, I have lived with lawyers every day of my life, sometimes more than one. I don’t 100% know what I’m talking about from a legal perspective, but I will truly do my best. My dad and my husband are both attorneys, and the latter is in criminal defense, though he isn’t licensed in California or Arizona.

Stephanie Young’s “Love Trapped” podcast, which, on the last week of its release, topped the true crime genre at #1, is, in my opinion, a masterpiece.

I love words. I think words are powerful, especially when they’re used for evil, and I believe that Laura Owens is just that.

Lin Manuel Miranda write that Alexander Hamilton would “write his way out.” Laura will write her way in.

Too hots and a cot is what she deserves.

I am also not Greg.
