Homemade Sourdough Crackers
I love to make bread, but when I can’t, I make quick sourdough crackers and they sure are delish! Not only is is good for the starter to be used often, it makes simple and delicious crackers, ready to be paired with anything.

At times I follow the tradional recips with measuring etc., but when times are busy, just pour desired amount onto a well greased baking tray and bake until desired texture. I like crunchy on the outsides and soft and chewy on the inside. Don’t forget to add equal parts water and flour back to your starter and stir, wait for those bubbles!
I can’t wait to get back to my sourdough starter this fall and start cooking up all the savory snacks and breads. Do you like to bake bread? Leave a comment and I would love to see what you are up to.
