So when you see it in others, it becomes intolerable.
Not because it is objectively wrong.
But because it threatens your internal identity structure.
The present event is only the trigger. The real cause is the past emotional material it activates.
The shadow does not react to reality.
It reacts to meaning.
And meaning is shaped by memory, not facts.
