When I were. kid

I had a dream

That I wanted to go

To the toilet

And I went

But when i woke up

I had pissed my self

So I went down stairs

Thinking of having a wash

(In those days we had a wash down stairs)

When I switched the light on

My mother were standing there

With an Axe

So I had to tell her what happened

I just changed but I don’t remember if I had a wash right away or not?

We didn’t have a proper bath room or shower room until later

It must have been in the late 1970s

Definitely before 1981

As we did not have a bath room upstairs until 1981? Houses up north got bath rooms later in some rural areas.
