Why I Stopped Using LeetCode for Frontend Warmups (And What I Use Instead)
If you have ever prepared for a frontend developer interview, you already know the frustration of opening a traditional competitive programming platform.

You click on a problem labeled “Easy”, expecting a quick 5-minute warmup on arrays or strings. Instead, you are greeted by a 600-word story about medieval knights, binary trees, and edge-case math constraints that have almost nothing to do with building web applications. If you are a beginner or a mid-level developer trying to brush up on core JavaScript, most “Easy” algorithmic problems feel more like a wall than a warmup.
Recently, I changed how I maintain my JavaScript muscle memory. Instead of jumping straight into heavy algorithmic grinders, I started using a lightweight, no-nonsense site called SnipSolve.
It isn’t trying to replace full-scale DSA platforms, and it isn’t going to teach you dynamic programming. What it does do is give you fast, friction-free practice on core JavaScript fundamentals — the exact kind of logic you actually write in day-to-day development and early-stage frontend interviews.
