The core of my spiritual practice is Yoga, a journey fueled by devotion and guided by the guru-shishya tradition. I chronicle the path of mysticism, examining the significance of sacred spaces, sattvic living, and the concepts of Ayurveda. Here science, spirituality, and devotion converge.
