I am a senior AI researcher, educator, and advisor at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences in Finland. My work focuses on generative AI, machine learning, natural language processing, AI-assisted knowledge management, and the practical adoption of AI in organisations.

I contribute to research and industry projects that develop and evaluate AI solutions for businesses, education, and the public sector. As an AI Advisor, I help companies identify valuable AI use cases, assess their readiness, design implementation roadmaps, and develop proofs of concept. I also contribute to projects which develop generative AI tools for capturing, accessing, and synthesising organisational knowledge.

On Medium, I write about emerging AI technologies, applied research, AI-assisted coding, custom AI tools, and the opportunities and limitations of adopting AI in real-world settings. I aim to explain complex developments clearly while connecting technical advances with their practical, organisational, and societal implications.
