I Know… Maybe You Want to Know To🪶
I know — maybe you want to know too.
What actually changes a person’s life!
For a long time, I wanted to talk about something that quietly changed my life.
I hesitated.
Is it the right thing to share?
Will it actually be useful to anyone?
Eventually, I realized this:
My responsibility is to try to do what feels right.
What you choose to take from it — or ignore — is completely up to you.
Pick what resonates.
Question it.
Research it.
Use it in your own life.
When I realized I wasn’t where I was meant to be
There was a period in my life when I wasn’t okay mentally.
I felt like I wasn’t standing where I deserved to be.
I knew I had to grow.
So I did what most people do:
- I read books
- Took personal growth courses
- Worked on new skills
- Tried different paths
I failed.
I fell behind.
I got tired.
I drifted further away from what I wanted.
But I kept going.
Not in a motivational-quote kind of way.
Not perfectly.
Eventually, I reached a version of myself I respect.
Not finished.
But growing.

A version that:
- Judges itself less
- Acts on what it knows is right
- And doesn’t quit easily
Because it has touched things that truly matter.
The real issue isn’t ignorance
I genuinely believe most people already know:
- What’s right
- What’s wrong
- And what they should be doing
So what stops us?
- Unhealthy habits and mental patterns
- Family and social conditioning
- Learning in the wrong direction
- And sometimes — simply not wanting it enough
There are many obstacles, but these are the big ones.
“I Know…” — A series
Starting now, I’ll be sharing posts twice a week — Sundays and Tuesdays —
under a simple title: “I Know…”
These aren’t:
- Motivational speeches
- Life coaching slogans
- Or recycled quotes
They’re real experiences.
Lessons learned the hard way.
Things that genuinely helped me.
How much they help you depends on:
- How open your mind is
- And how willing you are to help yourself
If this resonates, feel free to stay.
If not, that’s okay too.
If any part of this spoke to you,
you might find value in the next one too.
