Well Written
This novel certainly kept me awake!
No scanning through wordy parts.
I can usually guess a novel’s main points
Most are obvious, just the path to get there isn’t
I was clueless twice this time
5 Years Earlier
Lysander calls off the wedding with Rosalind for no apparent reason. Then,
- He leaves the country, avoids the scandal
- She endures the scandal and a quick forced marriage
- He inherits the Dukedom & a 7-year-old girl
Rosalind never knew why he left. He is now in a position to tell her, IF she will ever talk to him again. Right now, both are single and miserable.
